Our path to circular elegance
At MoVa, sustainability is not a feature – it is the foundation.
From the way we design to the way our garments and materials re-enter the cycle, every step is guided by care, responsibility, and lasting value. We follow a circular model because we believe it is the most honest and effective approach to sustainable fashion. Our garments are made to be worn, cherished, rotated, and when the time comes, returned and recycled in a correct way. Through our membership system, clients enjoy an evolving wardrobe based on their individual needs, while we ensure every piece is maintained, repaired when needed, and ultimately recycled with integrity.
How we give resources back to the system
We partner with Nouvelles Fibres Textiles, a global leader in textile recycling, to transform worn garments into new raw materials, giving them a second life beyond fashion. For pieces sold outside of the membership model, we implement direct instructions through QR codes that guide customers on how to send them back when they're no longer wanted or wearable. We take full responsibility for the lifecycle of every MoVa item, because responsibility should not stop at the point of sale.
Our packaging choice
Our packaging is thoughtfully chosen to align with our commitment to sustainability. We use FSC-certified paper for our boxes and bags, ensuring that the materials come from responsibly managed forests. Garments are delivered in reusable cotton pouches, offering both protection and a longer life beyond their first use.

Material choice and production
Every decision we make is intentional, from the fabrics we choose, often dead-stock or sustainably sourced, to our transparent production practices. We manufacture exclusively in Portugal, where we maintain close relationships with our partners and ensure ethical working conditions throughout the supply chain. No shortcuts. No hidden hands. We are transparent about our supply chain from the first cut until the shipment, as showcased through our QR guide.
At MoVa, we see sustainability as a journey
We do not claim to have reached the final destination in sustainability, because no brand truly has. At MoVa, we see sustainability as a continuous journey, not a static badge.
