We are MoVa, a European luxury womenswear brand redefining elegance through a circular lens. MoVa was born from our shared journey as two designers – one from Germany, one from the Czech Republic – who met while studying fashion in Milan. Over time, we grew increasingly aware of how much the industry we loved was driven by waste, speed, and excess. What began as shared frustration became a shared vision: to create a brand that blends timeless design with meaningful change.
With MoVa, we create timeless, high-quality garments that reflect our passion for textile manipulation, craftsmanship, and detail. Every piece is produced in Portugal in collaboration with skilled manufacturers who share our values. For us, luxury is not only about how a garment looks, it is also about how it continues to live on. Through our membership program, we invite women to build a wardrobe that evolves with them and allows them to wear, rotate, and renew with intention, without waste.
Mission
Our mission is to combine luxury with sustainable innovation by changing the system. Through our Wardrobe in Motion membership, garments are not left behind in closets or discarded, but kept in circulation and appreciated for as long as possible. This gives our members the freedom to exchange and refresh their wardrobe while allowing each piece to carry its story forward.
When a garment eventually reaches the end of its life, it can be returned to us and recycled responsibly with the help of our partner, Nouvelles Fibres Textiles. This way, nothing is wasted, and even the final stage of a garment's journey contributes to a circular system.
We believe fashion can be both personal and shared, an expression of individuality, while at the same time part of a larger movement towards change. By joining MoVa, our clients become part of a community that values elegance, creativity, and responsibility in equal measure.
